  6. That is really great to hear! So many of these challenges seem totally insurmountable but are manageable over time. I’ve been there many times, and I’m happy to help in any way I can. Be well!

  7. I can’t thank you enough for this video~ I had a horrible day yesterday with my depression, categorized as “major depressive disorder”. I felt like you were speaking directly to me. It is so wonderful to feel that someone truly understands. I am so grateful, and am set on using the tips you’ve given to try and help myself. Thank you again. (I was searching for a relaxation video…and found your channel. Relaxing, and so very helpful.)

  8. That is really excellent to hear! I’m going to be doing more motivational videos like this in the near future.

Sharing our life experience in this community and hoping that this could be helpful to people that could identify with, it is one of the most amazing characteristics of the asmr community. Thank you for this, your whispering is relaxing as well:)

  12. Thank you, Charlie, that’s very kind of you to say 🙂

  19. Hey. just subbed and i was wondering if you’ve ever read the book the brain that changes itself?
    great vidoe’s good job broski!

  20. Thanks, Liz!

  21. I’m already impressed, especially in that you’re dealing with important mental issues like these. I think the ASMR community is generally a very friendly and comforting place, and this just takes it up one more level in making it also feel like a very safe place. So thank you 🙂

  22. I’m really pleased that the video helped you feel some level of connectedness with others with similar issues. The worst thing for me, especially when I first started dealing with dp/dr, was the feeling that no one could possibly understand what I felt. Once I internalized how wrong I was, I gained a lot of strength toward improving things little by little.

  23. Do you recover from dr/dp? I’m scared I won’t I just want it to pass already. Your video helps a lot & it’s calming. I just want someone to tell me I’ll make ot through this & everything will be okay. I got this from marijuana (not alone of course) it triggered all this anxiety & the panic attack caused stress I’m scared I’ll have another panic attack. It’s horrible. I can’t sleep which is making it worse. Your video is very helpful though!

  24. I really have to thank you for this. I have never felt the intensity of the feelings you described but recently have been having a bit harder time dealing with some issues. This really helped show that I’m not alone before its too late. I like all your whispers, Lego ones are nostalgic. Please keep it up!

  25. What a nice comment to receive upon opening my email! Thank you for taking the time to write it 🙂
