Beating Chronic Anxiety, Depression & PTSD Holistically At Home.

The clip is in response to Kyle’s questions posed to me about chronic anxiety and depression. Start with water, its fundemental to all bodily processes which support clear thinking and balanced emotions. Take sleep seriously, light cycles regulate the primary endocrine pathways governing rest and repair. Stop eating denatured foods, foods stripped of the full nutritional spectrum inherent in unprocessed groceries. De-energize your anxiety by observing and controling your breathing. A single deep steady breath can calm the mind and return you to the present, the NOW moment, eternily. Pay close attention to fear for chronic fear itself is known to slow healing processes. www.ppssuccess.com http www.paulchek.com water emoto cure treatment drugs sleep symptoms reaction diet protien fat attitude self help personal power will spirituality mercola scooby1961 psychetruth natalie http www.paulchek.com http

This on facebook: Evolutionary Human Orgasms for Healing Bodies and Expanding Minds There’s a class coming up. Excerpt: “Evolutionary Love Bursts are similar to the human orgasm but enable both men and women to fill their bodies with the energies of Unconditional Love for the self healing of dis-eases and dis-orders of the body and Mind, like PTSD, as well as for expanding one’s 4D Spiritual Energy Fields of Consciousness beyond the level of Enlightenment” Sharing with all!

  7. I had no idea all of that could be triggers. I’ve had PTSD 8 years from all types of abuse. With it came many panic/anxiety attacks and chronic depression. I’ve just started Prozac and Xanax and finally I’m sleeping better, smiling more and stopped my self abuse. Xanax is addictive but it saved my life. I was suicidal, and needed pain to cope. One day I cut too deep n got the Meds n now I’m okay. Thanks for the extra tips I hope this will help too

  8. Paul, what do you think of sensory deprivation tanks?

Do you have any tips on sleeping through the 2 – 6am cycle. I have recovered enough to sleep through the 10 – 2 body restoration cycle but wake at 2 then at 4 approx taking about 15 mins to drop back off again. As this is the neuro and hormone restoring cycle that explains the slow progress in those areas to recover. I don’t take medication but is there something I can do to help me sleep right through again. I was always a pretty good sleeper before the nervous breakdown. thanks for your vid.

  17. Dude in his program Charles Linden has a whole chapter on diet choices and stuff Paul’s talking about….

  19. Hi I have found some allergic or sensitive reactions can mimic symptoms of anxiety, in me and my kids, so I suppose it is good for people like me to try and know these thing, I have suffered with anxiety and have manages to overcome it with something similar to the Linden Method – I worked out for myself over time, but it has taken most of my life to overcome. I was unaware of the Linden Method until recently, I was looking for a friend. You are right it is a nightmare…

  22. The cause doesn’t matter. That’s a huge flaw Western medicine/therapy focuses on.

It’s all the same thing. Inappropriate anxiety. One method, one system, with proven results.

If anyone is reading this, and has anxiety problems, no matter how severe, do yourself a favor and get THE LINDEN METHOD!!!!

  23. If Paul Check’s methods or advice works for someone then it is not nonsense. The truth is there is a huge myriad of reasons why someone would have an anxiety disorder. PTSD can be caused by everything from serving in a foreign war where your life is in jeopardy every second to reliving a scary scene from a movie witnessed before the age of 5.

At the end of the day we are all responsible for finding the solution that works for ourselves. Classical therapy or otherwise…

  24. Diet has nothing to do with anxiety. You are so very wrong. There is only one kind of anxiety specialist, expert, PHD, in the world….and that’s someone who has had anxiety and beaten it. I had PTSD, the worst form of anxiety. It was a nightmare. I used THE LINDEN METHOD and now I have my life back. I am so pissed off at nonsense like this being posted about beating anxiety.

Get THE LINDEN METHOD. Get your life back. I promise

  25. Can diet really get rid of anxiety/irrational thinking?

  26. Excellent.

  27. I like the comment Styron makes about the thesaurus. I think it’s a very common misconception that great writers have such spectacular vocabularies that they have no need to reference them. This is bullshit, and Styron is very far from the first great author to acknowledge his use of one.

  28. I wish Charlie Rose would stop asking and then answering the question he just asked. It’s a amateur move, and someone should call him on it. Styron was trying to answer some important questions, and Rose interrupted him as soon as he tried to answer, apparently using his own answers in the hope Styron had the same ones…

  29. Such valuable information for writers and those suffering from depression. The Confessions of Nat Turner is my Styron favorite. I’m ever grateful for his military service as well. He’s an American southern voice in literature that we greatly cherish and will deeply miss.

  34. Ohhh my good!, how much i love you Williammm!!!, Now I see how much i know you and I can understand that people don´t read books, people read authors, I read you and I was with you, After I´m going to be with you again…

  35. What an intelligent, compassionate man. At least he seems to be! I first read ‘Darkness Visible’ when I was sixteen and suffering from an episode of major depression with anxiety. I think it saved my life and I’m still very grateful to Mr Styron.
