Dr. Nedley has lectured extensively in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, and Russia on nutrition, lifestyle, and physical and mental health. He has been a guest on numerous national television programs and radio stations throughout the United States. 1. Is there a video on starting a vegetarian society

  2. Paying attention to diet and nutrition is extremely important in combating depression. What I have learned through having depression myself is that multiple factors contribute to depression. For me, these factors include; psychological (childhood conditioning), environmental (toxins in the environment), physical (diet, health, and nutrition) and mental/emotional factors. I have put together a series of depression self help videos with the techniques I used to overcome depression.

  3. Good idea!

  4. This Video needs to be Titled with the Heading about Nutrition & Depression…This was a terrific presentation and must be watched as close to 58% of patients are subject to various stages of Depression and thus have other associated symptoms.

  5. Yes some our our older videos don’t have great video. We wanted to make them available as some of the speakers have great messages and you can’t easily see them elsewhere. Our newer videos are better.

  6. All of these lectures are fantastic. It’s too bad they were filmed with a 1994 webcam.

  7. thank you I found this video very helpful and I am going to put the advice into practice.
