    Before I read this book I had tried a lot of things to deal with my panic attacks. I was amazed to find out how well the panic attack system is explained in this book and how well the techniques can help.

    I’ve read it twice by now and I can honestly say that I haven’t had a panic attack or even an anxious moment since I first read it. This book was very helpful and is potentially life changing.

    There are a lot of stories from real people in the book that I could relate to. This was important because it engages the reader.

    Without a doubt one of the best and most important book I’ve read in the past 10 years. It was easy to read and follow, and very informative.

    A truly definitive self-help book. Happy I got this!

    I post this review because my life has changed so much since I found this
    book and everything Geert, the author, does for us.

    Some people complain that he mentions his website or CD course here and there.
    Well, I’m glad he does! I can honestly say my life would be nonexistent
    if it wasn’t for what Geert has taught me through his book, his free videos on the
    website and his CD course. He’s a genuine good guy who tries to help as much as he can and
    you can feel that throughout his work. I had spent so much money going to therapy, taking pills,…
    and nothing happened. This method did take some effort, but the changes were there after
    a matter of days and weeks.

    I feel sorry for the complainers and negative people in this world. You can just feel that their attitude is one of the reasons why they have panic attacks. They blame everything and everyone…but themselves. Even when you give
    them the best techniques in the world, they find excuses not to use them. I feel sorry for them…

    It’s just amazing how strong we actually are, if only someone explains how
    we can use that strength against our anxiety and panic attacks.

    And that’s what Geert did for me. And not just for me. Since I feel better, my two children
    now have a mom they can count on and my marriage is so much better as well. Although my husband
    always tried to support me, I’m sure he didn’t really get what I was going through.

    Geert, I’m not sure if you actually read these reviews yourself, but I want to thank you for
    helping us change our lives. If it wasn’t for you, I’m not sure what would have happened.

    I’ve had problems with panic attacks and especially with agoraphobia for many years, dating back to about the age of 20. It can be debilitating and for those who know little about it, let me say it is embarrassing and not something we WANT to have. Emotionally I can’t leave while my thinking self says “this is stupid, just put one foot in front of the other.” I have been making MAJOR PROGRESS since my sister sent me How to Stop Anxiety & Panic Attacks! This is NOT a fluff little pamphlet disguised as an “eBook” – Rather, this is a 100- or so page (on my desktop’s full-screen Kindle reading software) book that is jam-packed with techniques, written by someone who has been in MY SHOES. This is not a bunch of medical mumbo-jumbo but real answers. I especially do well following the “Moving Your Body” chapter. Highly recommended.
