  1. It still surprises me, just how lots of people don’t know about Zomopanic Eraser (do a google search), even though many people get great results because of this panic and anxiety treatment. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Zomopanic Eraser, I’ve fully get rid of my panic disorder, and finally stop my panic attacks

  2. Hi, have you visited KickAnxietyByFriday? (Google it). If you are still having problems with bad panic attacks or general anxiety you should go check out KickAnxietyByFriday (Just google it or maybe add .com to the end?), as they can probably help you get rid of your anxiety-panic-specific fear problems fast, as they helped me.

  3. Guys, eliminate your panic attacks does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a panic and anxiety natural treatment called Zomopanic Eraser (do a search on google). Seriously, that program has changed my entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  4. Holla! Have you heard the talk about – Supreme Panic Magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker removed the anxiety problem with it.

  5. No help I have anxiety

  6. Hey There! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Xocialign System (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it’s good. 10. thats a good one

  11. Very nice collection of quotes. While most of the people I frequently disagree with, I can’t argue with the quotes you’ve selected.
In fact, i think I’ll share my favorite quote:
“Nobody ever won a war by dying for his country. He made the other poor bastard die for his.”
    –General George S. Patton

  12. I love these two quotes. >>> “There’s something liberating about not pretending, dare to embarass yourself. Risk.” Drew Barrymore & “It’s impossible to satisfy everyone and I suggest we stop trying” – Jennifer Aniston.

  13. Just found a really good quote:

You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don’t try to forget the mistakes, but you don’t dwell on it. You don’t let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space. (Johnny Cash)

  14. I like it too, a lot. Quotes have such good messages in such small amounts of words. Thank-you 🙂

  15. lol good tip. Decisiveness and courage. Thanks for the kindness & respect. Peace 🙂

  16. Cool, Emily. I believed from the start that we are on the same page. Even though I have bouts of self-consciousness when the spot light is centered on me, I have not experienced social anxiety like you have. I see now where you are coming from and appreciate your honesty. If there is any self-confidence tip that I live by it is the fact that it is ok to be the first to comment on issues because if we shy back and let others speak first, we discover we did have the correct viewpoint…haha.

  17. Some people might be happy with being shy, quiet, etc. With Social Anxiety I guess a person simply wants this fear gone from their life. The anxiety attacks and fear are not healthy. What I have found may not be perfect, but it works. I think what people with S.A want is to feel comfortable being themself. I guess that is the thing actually, instead of confidence. Just comfortable being themself without fear & anxiety. Do you/have you had Social anxiety?

  18. Oh I think I see what you mean. Maybe we have a misunderstanding. These are for people with social anxiety, well I guess, since they help me, for people with my level of social anxiety whatever that is. You could see things in the way of shyness, quietness, nervousness, being the true me. But I want to be able to be myself, And I feel my true self is confidence, expressing myself & my opinions without fear. So these quotes, the way I see it, help bring out the real me, not fake something.

  19. The part I’m thinking about Emily, is the emphasis in some of the quotes on faking it instead of being true to our self. The danger is believing the fleshly standard (as pointed out in scripture) that observes as an indictment that “every one does what is right in their own eyes”. Obviously not everyones ideas are right. The correct standard are referring to God’s plan for our life as lived out in faith and service.

  20. I like Breaking free of lies we tell ourself, what is ego Hypocrisy? I don’t know what that means

  21. Thanks Emily. As a Christian your standards already filter out ego hypocrisy and your confidence drive is in helping others break free of lies we tell our self. My hope is that all would come to saving faith, the true source of overcoming power.

  22. I will think about that, I certainly don’t want to be ego-grandized? I’m not sure exactly what that means, does it mean needing to feel good about the self?
My opinion on this is that these quotes haven’t been dangerous in my life. Social Anxiety caused me to act in much more destructive ways than when I feel confident. I find I’m much more able to be kind to others when I am confident and feel good about myself.

  23. I liked Katie Holmes and Drew Barrymore’s comments best. Many of the others struck me a dangerous selling out to ego-grandizing and self-centered platitudes. Truth is deeper than just looking confident. The ideas we put our faith in need to be tested against high standards.

  24. “There’s something liberating about not pretending. Dare to embarrass yourself. Risk.”

I like that one. Great video.

  25. perfect for all the young girls out there:)
