It feels like when you’re in a dream and try to jump but for some reason you’re glued to the floor. I found my way to wake up and wrote a song about it. I just want someone to know we DO have a way out… check out “Insomnia” on my´╗┐ channel and STAY POSITIVE.

I mentioned it as a reference – but with no actual details at all. The first few videos I ever uploaded addressed this from a neurotransmitter perspective and how to rebuild them´╗┐ nutritionally and herbally. You could always watch those videos… I will cover this subject in more detail in a future video čÖé

  11. yes you´╗┐ did at 1:58.

  12. ThreeTreasureTonic Reply March 7, 2013 at 2:38 am

Thank you very much for taking the time to watch :)´╗┐

  13. You are an amazing speaker, thanks so much for sharing´╗┐ your thoughts.

  14. Guys, curing your panic attacks doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a panic and anxiety treatment called Zomopanic Eraser (search on google). Seriously, that program has´╗┐ changed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  15. Therapy can be tedious´╗┐ at times what with keeping a diary etc, you may at first think how can this work etc but it does, it really does help to identify stuff and realise triggers and help to reinforce new thought processes. You need to be open and ready to take the therapy, whole heartedly, commit to it like its a lifeline. A few months´╗┐ 100% committed to therapy is better than potentially years or decades of suffering. Go take your life back.

  16. Firstly its not a failure, its just a means to an end, another tool in your armoury, it’s intelligent to say ‘ok here is the issue lets embrace anything to make it´╗┐ better’. Secondly I learned it’s crucially important to identify/acknowledge/accept what is, then you can begin to work on it. You cant´╗┐ solve whats there if you dont believe its really there. You dont want to be 31 or 41 and still in the same mindset, work on it now while its early days. Psychedelics will make it all worse eventually

  17. i dunno if that’s for me. for one, i feel like i’ve failed if go to a counselor, cos then it’s obvious i have a problem. i guess staying away from them, then i can be in denial or something. i know it sounds dumb, but i’m weird that way. i’ve been too anxious´╗┐ and depressed to work.i’m 21 live at home with my parents and don’t do anything other than work on music etc. i dropped of my first resume in months the other day and thought i was gonna pass out cos i was having a major anxiety attack

  18. I once suffered chronic anxiety. Tried for 3yrs´╗┐ to deal with it, tried to ignore it, thought positive, told myself get a grip, got info on diet but it lead to additional anxiety, finally went to counseling but had attacks so stopped going, last resort went to doctors for pills, too anxious to take them, scared of side effects. At lowest point went back to counseling, better than prior counselor. Most stuff they say is obvious and logical but it changed my thought processes and my life. Try it.

You’re right – there are so many different ways of achieving the same outcome. There isn’t a “one size fits all” cure for anything, although there are some fairly comprehensive strategies that will work for a large number of people. This video was really just me´╗┐ sharing my own experiences… Plus, I didn’t mention anything about diet or herbs here čÖé

  20. i would say that everyday i feel a general malaise and several times a week i experience depression and anxiety attacks; however, those have been become more frequent, so i think eventually the malaise will be replaced by 24/7 depression and anxiety. the only relief i’ve felt´╗┐ has been in this past year when i tried psychedelic drugs. weed and alcohol make me more depressed, but psychedelics fill the void of nostalgia for the past and yearning for a better future.

  21. i’ve definitely heard similar things before. i feel like most of the advice i get, even if it’s good, seems very obvious to me, but the thing is, most of the advice including yours is easier said than done. sure it may have worked for u, but i don’t think there’s one universal cure for depression. i haven’t taken pharmaceuticals cos i don’t like the idea of that, but i’ve changed my diet &´╗┐ taken herbs and still haven’t had relief.

Thanks for that čÖé I know the audio quality was less than´╗┐ ideal back when I made this video. I’ve got better equipment now, although there is always room for improvement!

  23. Great information. Thank you.
My advice for you is to invest in a better camera and a microphone. It would be a shame to discourage people from watching your work due to the quality of audio and video. Making the video quality better is a small detail, yet it makes a significant difference.
If you don’t have the funds, consider staring a Kickstarter campaign or any other crowdsourcing campaign´╗┐ where people could help you with small donations for a specific purpose.
