  10. thank you so much for this information. i was in the hospital last night due to what i beleive was a panic/anxiety attack while having an allergic reaction to almonds. i started to feel it coming back again a few minutes ago cause i was thinking about it but i just put my hands on my head like you said, took a few breaths ( a few stress tears came from my eyes) and i feel so much better now. thank you so much.

  12. EFT works and I use it in advance if I’m facing a stressful situation. When caught off guard or when feeling intensely anxious, this works faster. By the time I could finish the setup, this has done the job. then later tap around why I was so anxious.

  20. yes i know exactly what you mean. it’s called dissociation/depersonalization look it up!. i also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. and i feel out of this world…like everyone else lives a different reality and i don’t know who i am. i literally can’t recognize the things around me as they are. it’s horrible. i used to enjoy it when i didn’t know what it was because i was so apathetic about everything. but now i feel like a meaningless lost confused and trapped being
