  1. Hello there! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Xocialign System (just google it), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried program called Xocialign System? I’ve heard several awesome things about it and my cooworker completely stop his social anxiety naturally with this program.

  2. Prob the best thing to do is get therapy bc they deal with ppl all the time. I have friends and know jus regular ppl suffering from this shit, wondering why. Seems like I never see them at ease. I hope there is a true cure for SAD bc it definately does more harm than good.

  3. I dont have it but its not something I havent seen or know about. I think some ppl are jus not very outgoing. They find other ppl scary or intimidating and dont believe they can cope with them. Thats my best ans.

  4. I told my mom I really think I have social anxiety, and she said she’d do some research on it, but she hasn’t, or at least I haven’t been told even if she did research, or mabye she forgot:( But this video helps me:) Thanks for making it.

I haven’t been diagnosed by an physician but I know for a fact that I have social anxiety. I always had it ever since I was a kid. I never knew what it was until I decided to google Not looking at people when you talk to them. I then came across SA. Every single symptom of it matched up to me. At that moment, I was happy to know what I had…But sad at the same time, because I knew that my parents wouldn’t even believe me. Well, yesterday, they finally admitted that I needed to see a therapist

  8. I know exactly what you mean! I been begging my parents to help me get therapy or atleast on the pills for panic attacks. Here I am 5 years later with nothing. Stay strong!!

  9. I told my mom I have social anxiety, but she just ignored me.

  10. a699m at yahoo dot com for anyone who can help guide me on what to do about SAD.

  11. I found out about SAD two nights ago. I thought about all the events of my life affected by this condition. I was crying as I was watching your video because you are telling my story. I would appreciate any tips on where to start. sending you love and light

  13. It still surprises me, how many people are not aware about Xocialign System (just google it), although lots of people completely eliminated their social anxiety problem with this program. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Xocialign System, I finally eliminated my social anxiety for good with natural and fast approaches.

  14. Hey there! thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about panic and anxiety remedy known as Zomopanic Eraser (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. I had the same problem with speeches and reading in class. I felt like I was going to cry and like I couldn’t breath properly.

  23. I know I have it. Suffered with it since I was 8 and Im now 20 and still being controlled by it. I cant seem to shake it, but it probs doesnt help that I dont have any support from my family. DONT ignore someone or treat them like shit if they are acting nervous, you are not making ’em feel any better. I beat myself another and self harm, so I dont need to dirty looks from you everytime I let it show the over intense feeling I have inside! I wish you could feel this just for a day

  24. I’m not sure whether I have one or not. I just moved from the UK to Australia and in my new school apparently there’s rumours that I have an anxiety disorder… But I’m too awkward to bring it up with my mum. I told my dad about it before I started at my new school, and about how me and a few friends did OCD and anxiety disorder tests online and it was likely that I had an anxiety disorder, but I just tried to laugh it off. But I think he thought more seriously about it. But I’m sure he’s forgo

  25. I have this too , its caused so many problems for me. Especially because im in high school , idk how to handle it :/

  26. just finding out that i have this also. really useful and insightful information. you’ve really helped me understand some fundamental do’s and dont’s. time to make a change or spend my days dizzy and panic striken. Thank YOU.

  27. Hello, I have all the symptoms that you have indicated, I get super shakey, sweating bad, can’t focus (and I am a college student, so this is super hard), vision is weird & my anxiety is increasing. I went to the doctor the other day, when I was not reallly having an attack & they said my blood sugar was somewhat low but now low enough to be concerned, this makes me worried cause I had another attack today and feel worse and I am concerned I am not getting the right medical attention.. opinion?

I had an appointment with my doctor regarding this–he said I was most likely experiencing PVC’s from the low blood sugar.

  35. Kristin McCallum Reply March 11, 2013 at 6:04 am

My last hypoglycemic attack I had I had a newer symptom of a resting heart rate of 130 that was irregular and bounding! It was quite scary!

  36. Kristin McCallum Reply March 11, 2013 at 6:48 am

I suffer hypoglycemia because I have a pancreas that works too well. My pancreas makes too much insulin when I eat carbs. I used to be diabetic but that went away after I had gastric bypass (lap RNY) surgery. My surgeon said that the hypoglycemia would come back and it has. Approximately 4 months after surgery it did. I am 2 years out from surgery.

  38. Three hours after I eat I’ve been crashing and need to sleep immediately, which I perceive as a symptom of hypoglycemia. I think I must eat 5 times a days and follow a low carb diet.

  40. I think this may be my problem. I wake up with my body vibrating every morning, mostly in my chest and it will lessen as I get up and wake around. But somedays it’s all day and I can feel my teeth chattering. It gets worse with menses. Oddly, it lessened when I was on an SSRI last year. Can there ne underlying or contributing factors to hypoglycemia?

  41. drbenjaminsnider Reply March 11, 2013 at 8:44 am

  42. I rescently come off my medications that I have been on for three years. I was put on medication for a mood disorder, anxiety attacks and depression. In the years that I have been on meds though I have had two different doctors ask me if it was hypoglycemia or thyproids. They are urging me to go back on meds after I had a case of hypoglycemia and was given a scoplomine and experienced a three days of hallucinations from the patch. Could I have hypoglycemia and they are just overlookn it?
