  5. Yes it can. It works for every high anxiety condition including GAD, panic attacks, agoraphobia, PTSD, social phobia, pure O, depersonalization, derealization etc. Charles

  6. Thank you so much for posting this video. I have had panic and anxiety for 15 yrs. the panic got better but I was still struggling with the low level anxiety. Charles method is great and has given me hope and I now know that all those scary thoughts and feelings simply can’t harm me and I shouldn’t fear them anymore. I wish you the best.

  14. this video sucks and it boring <3

  15. Thanks!!!

  16. Sadly many people do not sleep well. However, I have found a significant number of people improve their sleep if they meditate beforehand. One of the meditations on my CD set, “peace and calm” often helps people sleep I’ve been told.. Anxiety also happens during the day irrespective of how much sleep people get. Good sleep is great though!

  17. Thank you so much, I hope the mindfulness information helps anyone who is studying and having to face exams. I have now found mindfulness combined with Simple Energy Techniques are even more helpful to reduce the stress of exams. I still practice mindfulness it can be a lovely way of living a life.

  18. Thanks for you lovely comments. Dr Jason Fox has a PhD and is a professional speaker, and has been a university lecturer.

  19. because if sleeping had the same calming effect we’d all be the most relaxed souls on the planet. we sleep ~8 hours a night. sleeping isn’t relaxing. your mind is still very active during sleep and goes through different levels of EEG waves.

  20. How not???

  21. because it doesn’t have the same effect on the brain

  22. This is all good but, why not simply take a nap to calm your mind instead of meditating?

  23. Hey! Have you heard the talk about – Supreme Panic Magic (Sure I saw it on Google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my BF at last said good bye the anxiety with it.

  24. Alohaaaa! Have you heard about – Supreme Panic Magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate kissed good bye the panic attacks with it.

  25. Greetings from Europe. Thank you. Two delightful personalities. Love the Australian accent. Good information from Ms. Green. Jason Fox is a keeper, a Medico or psych.??

Hi Rachel, thanks for the YouTube link that you posted on my page for managing anxiety. I’m listening to it right now and so far, it has been really interesting. I will be sure to pass it on to my friends at uni who will definitely appreciate this, most especially because exams are coming up soon 🙂
    Thanks again!
